MARGARET DUPREY

OWNER/DRESSAGE RIDER

Margaret and Bob (Robert) Duprey, own Cherry Knoll Farm, based in Wellington, FL and West Grove, PA. Margaret, an accomplished Grand Prix dressage rider herself, is a tireless supporter of equestrian sport in the United States and internationally. Her deep passion for developing high level sport horses and supporting competitive riders makes her a force in the equestrian world.

From the beginning of her equestrian journey, Margaret has been steadfast in her commitment to philanthropy. As a dedicated supporter of numerous organizations, Margaret champions initiatives that nurture talent, promote inclusivity, and drive excellence.

Working with the USET Foundation, she’s fostered countless high-performance athletes. Her role as the first U.S. brand ambassador for Brooke USA highlights her determination to improve the welfare of working equines and the communities that depend on them. Through her involvement with the Challenge of the Americas, she has played a pivotal role in supporting breast cancer research, blending her love for equestrian sports with a cause close to her heart. Margaret's support for the Dressage Foundation's Young Rider Dream Program and her advocacy for para-dressage are a testament to her belief in empowering the next generation of equestrians and ensuring accessibility for all.

Although horses are her greatest passion, her interests extend to culture and education as well. Through contributions to the Brandywine Conservancy and Museum of Art, in Chadds Ford, PA., and Wilson College, in Chambersburg, PA., she’s been able to indulge her deep appreciation for art and education, enriching communities and fostering creativity.

At Cherry Knoll Farm, Margaret nurtures both horses and professional riders to create human/equine partnerships that compete and win at the highest levels of international dressage and show jumping. Currently, Cherry Knoll Farm has several international show jumpers trained and ridden by the incomparable Laura Kraut and Julie Welles. Codi Harrison will be competing CKF’s dressage horses this year, as well.

Margaret Duprey continues to have a transformative impact on the world of equestrian sport. Her dedication, coupled with her philanthropic spirit, continues to inspire and elevate the industry, ensuring a brighter future for generations of riders to come.
